Toys
Toys should not be brought from home.
They may be misplaced or broken. We have equipped each classroom
with a wide variety of toys and manipulatives suitable for the
assigned age level.
Snacks
We provide crackers or cookies and water
to drink. If you do not wish your child to have these, please
indicate this information to the teacher or parent helper.
Please make the Preschool Office aware of any food allergies.
Regarding Your Child’s Health
For the protection of all the children, we
cannot accept a child with a runny nose, fresh cold (four days
or less), fever, rash, persistent cough, diarrhea or any other
signs of illness. Remember, there is an incubation period for
most diseases.
Please do not put your child in any of the
preschool facilities while they are at risk of exposing other
children. Thank you in advance for helping us keep our room a
healthy place for all.
Note: Children will at times become
ill very suddenly. Should your child show any symptoms, we will
contact you in your class or service. It is imperative
that you not leave the church campus while your child is in our
care. In
the event that an emergency would require your attention you
should be readily available.
Parent Involvement
We would like to include you in your
child’s experience here at Casas. We ask preschool parents to
assist one or more times each month. Teacher training sessions
are held during the year. You are invited to attend and become
better acquainted with us. The Preschool Office calls parents
and helps assign them to a preschool classroom. We greatly
appreciate your help in the classroom.
Offering Envelopes
Preschool offering envelopes are available
in your child’s classroom. Parents are encouraged to ask for a
supply and begin teaching their children to give. If
you have any questions before you visit us this Sunday,
please contact us:
