Celebrate Recovery

Few visions better represent the power of God’s renewal than the release to flight after the transformation of chrysalis confinement. The process of the caterpillar-to-chrysalis-to-butterfly is a great picture of the transformation process that happens as we make the decision to step into Christ’s love. With an overflowing heart of incredible unconditional love, God calls us into a relationship with Him. As we choose to walk with Him, following the Twelve Steps and Eight Recovery Principles, we are able to leave behind old hang-ups, hurts, and habits.

Jesus said if we follow His teachings, “We will know the Truth and the Truth will set us free.” Truth is a person: Jesus Christ. Many 12-step programs refer to a "Higher Power," but in our program, we know Him personally and call Him by name. He has a lot to say in His Word about recovery, forgiveness, and new starts.

You will discover, as we have, that no mistake or sin is too great to go beyond Christ’s mercy-filled forgiveness, love, and grace. Join us as we travel on Christ’s Road to Recovery together, as we discover the liberating joy of His truth.

Celebrate Recovery meets every Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. on the Casas campus. Donations are accepted for dinner, materials and childcare. Please call Mark for more information (520) 878-1278.

Childcare for Celebrate Recovery and Support Group participants is provided and free at Casas! Reservations are required. Contact Leann at (520) 878-1142 to register your child.
