Our policy requires all volunteers to complete an
application, not only those who work with minors or children
with special needs. The form is downloadable for your
convenience, but you will need to print it out and sign it
before you return it to the ministry you’re interested in
(e.g., preschool, K-5th grade, or Student Ministries, which
is 6th – 12th grades). |
