She began singing in church at age three and by the time she was in high school, was appearing on her church’s daily television program and logged a performance at New York’s Carnegie Hall with her school’s advanced chorus.
Those early pursuits paved the way for her to sign with Sparrow Records in 2006. She burst on the charts a year later with her label debut, “Say It”. It earned her a slot on the Winter Jam tour that year with Steven Curtis Chapman, Jeremy Camp, NewSong and Hawk Nelson, where she developed a reputation as a compelling live performer.

UNIQUE REPEAT:
Special thanks from Women’s Ministry Director Lori Rogers and Unique Repeat Director Karen Shelt!
Surprise!! That is how we would characterize this year. We diligently planned & worked on our timeline tasks and then… surprise! Something would happen that would throw a wrench into our best efforts. And it happened again & again & again-tempting us to lose focus. But of course, God is bigger than our timeline! And certainly bigger than any surprise! In fact those are the times we see Him the most. March 16 excerpt from the Jesus Calling devotional - It is good that you recognize your weakness. That keeps you looking to Me, your Strength… The more difficult your day, the more I yearn to help you. So, with each surprise we looked to Him and He amazed us everytime! It was a fantastic event with more new people on campus than ever before. What a blessing to serve the public a heaping portion of the love of Christ. And it was no surprise that our volunteers were plenty, loving, hard working & faithful. That is always where Christ shines the brightest - through you! So may we say thank you to each one of you that gave your time and more. And may you have many more God moments through this year.
