Checking in/Picking up
Preschool Rooms are available for sign-in 15 minutes before
the start-time of any event. Children should be picked up
within 15 minutes following the end-time of any event unless
prior arrangements have been made.
For all childcare events, a sign will be posted outside the
Preschool Resource Room, NE109, with room assignments by
age.
When you drop off your child at his/her classroom, the
teacher will give you a numbered security card. (Please let
the teacher know where you can be located in case of an
emergency.) A child can ONLY be reclaimed by the person who
returns this card to the teacher.
We cannot accept any child with a runny nose, fever, rash,
cough, diarrhea, or any other sign of illness. This is to
protect all children from illness.
We will give babies formula, water and juice bottles
according to parents' wishes. We ask that you please feed
your children their meals before bringing them to childcare,
if they will be at Casas during a mealtime. We do not offer
a full meal. Age-appropriate snacks are given. These may
include items such as graham crackers, goldfish, animal or
Ritz crackers and other similar foods.
Please let us know if your child has any allergies or
special needs.
Feel free to check on your little one at any time. However,
we ask that you do so discreetly, trying not to let your
child see you. If they do see you and become upset, you may
be asked to assist in the room until they are comforted
again.
Remember...you will be required to return your security
identification number card to receive children. Please make
certain all items that you left with us have been returned
to you before you leave the premises. Children should be
picked up within 15 minutes following the end of any event
unless prior arrangements have been made. |
